Access Anyone Ltd. is a family run company that specialise in supporting the community, supplying transport for both able bodied and disabled passengers, looked-after children and children with special needs. We offer a bespoke transport service tailored to passengers' special needs. Our objective is quite simple: to provide the facility to go wherever you please regardless of personal mobility.

wheelchair accessible minibuses We are based in Essex and run a large and varied fleet of wheelchair minibuses and private ambulances that are the perfect answer to your special needs transport requirements. Our purpose built wheelchair accessible vehicles are capable of taking up to eight seated passengers and/or up to five in wheelchairs in comfort, so whether you need transport to take children to a special school, or elderly/disabled passengers to a special clinic, a trip to a West End theatre, a day out, or simply to be taken to or met at an airport for a trouble free start or end to your holiday, we are confident we can provide the right transport package for you.

Access Anyone Ltd. has built a reputation for providing a friendly, sensitive and supportive service to clients who are disabled. We are in constant demand both from schools and social services and the CCG but we also have clients such as care homes and families with a member who, because of a disability, need our caring, safe and reliable transport service every now and then.

We are delighted to take, and if required, assist with escorting groups on fun trips, such as day trips to Thorpe Park or London Zoo, but we're not just here to cater for the fun trips, we are frequently called upon for more solemn occasions such as funerals. Our staff are trained to handle all manner of sensitive events with the dignity they deserve.

Qualifications.

Access Anyone Ltd. offer a quality service you can trust. All of our drivers are Passenger Assistance Trained (PATS), which means they have the correct training, knowledge, equipment and vast experience in transporting passengers with a wide range of disabilities, and we are credited with NVQs' in Passenger Transport and BTEC awards in transporting passengers by taxi and private hire. All our employees hold current DBS (Formerly known as CRB) disclosure certificates.

We realise no two customers are alike, so our bespoke service is as individual as you.

Passenger safety and comfort are our priorities, for your peace of mind our public liability insurance protects you from door to door.

We pride ourselves on our prompt and friendly service and references are readily available.


Private Ambulance transport

patient transport serviceAccess Anyone operate an ambulance division, providing non-emergency patient transport on behalf of Mid & South Essex CCG. Access Anyone's ambulance division is registered with the CQC, and their latest inspection results are available on this web site.

Our non-emergency patient transport service includes:

Access Anyone provide fully trained Ambulance Care Assistants. All our staff are fully trained to deliver excellent, high-quality care. Access Anyone Ltd can ensure patient dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times. We invest in our staff to support their continuous professional development. This ensures they remain qualified to provide the highest-level service standards.

PPE crews Before booking transport with Access Anyone Ltd, please check you are not eligible for NHS transport. Eligibility is determined by your medical need, risks to your health and the medical reason why you cannot use private or public transport. Check if this applies to you: NHS eligibility criteria.

Non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS) are for people who need to travel to or from hospital or a medical appointment but are unable to travel without specialist support. For example, if you struggle to walk or need extra support during your journey due to a medical condition. Access Anyone Ltd's ambulances can provide wheelchairs, both standard and bariatric, stretchers, both standard and bariatric, plus carry chairs for difficult access.

This service is for people with a non-urgent medical need and do not require an emergency or urgent response. In a medical emergency, you should always call 999. If you have an urgent medical problem and you are not sure what to do, call 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk.

Access Anyone Ltd have two day centres
Access Anyone @ Woodside Ltd (Woodside) day centre, and The Marigold Centre Ltd (Marigold) day center and Respite

Woodside is a day care centre for young people with disabilities, it is a modern, friendly, relaxed and stimulating environment for young people to spend their days. We are proud to be Ofsted registered, our registration number is EY483589 and you can view our Certificate of Registration via this link day care centre Ofsted Registration. The main area of the centre is an internet café, with wireless internet access, accessible workstations and P.C.'s, including touch screens. A small, open-plan, accessible kitchen is incorporated, where club members can help themselves to drinks and snacks, with staff there to assist, where necessary.

Marigold is a state-of-the-art day care centre for young adults and a four-bedroom room en'suite respite facility close to the sea front and centre of Southend.

Our Respite facility is CQC registered.

The Marigold Centre, formally a family centre, is a beautiful period building in the conservation area of Southend-on-Sea and, after extensive conversion, is ideally suited for both day care and respite use. The Marigold has been modelled on the Woodside day care centre success, with a few additions. The main difference is the ability to offer respite facilities, alongside day care. Complaints procedure

In the unlikely event that you have cause to lodge a complaint you can rest assured that we have a fully documented complaints procedure. Complaints should be made in writing, by post, email, or via our feedback form if you are unable to write or email you can register your complaint by telephone or in person, please be aware that we need to keep a record of all spoken complaints so that a documented audit trail is in place. Please state the time and date of the incident, vehicle registration number and name of the member of staff if known, along with full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and respond fully following our internal investigation, this will normally be within seven days but in some circumstances may take longer; you will be notified if this is the case.
