Access Anyone Ltd. is a family run company that specialise in supplying transport for both able bodied and disabled passengers, looked-after children and children with special needs.
We offer a bespoke transport service tailored to passengers' special needs. Our objective is quite simple: to provide the facility to go wherever you please regardless of personal mobility.
We are based in Essex and run a wheelchair minibus and private ambulance fleet, of more than 60 vehicles, are the perfect answer to your special needs transport requirements. Our purpose built wheelchair accessible vehicles are capable of taking up to eight seated passengers and/or up to five in wheelchairs in comfort, so whether you need transport to take children to a special school, or elderly/disabled passengers to a special clinic, a trip to a West End theatre, a day out, or simply to be taken to or met at an airport for a trouble free start or end to your holiday, we are confident we can provide the right transport package for you.
Access Anyone Ltd. has built a reputation for providing a friendly, sensitive and supportive service to clients who are disabled.
We are in constant demand both from schools and social services, but we also have clients such as care homes and families with a
member who, because of a disability, need our caring, safe and reliable transport service every now and then.
We are delighted to take, and if required, assist with escorting groups on fun trips, such as day trips to Thorpe Park or London Zoo, but we're not just here to cater for the fun trips, we are frequently called upon for more solemn occasions such as funerals. Our staff are trained to handle all manner of sensitive events with the dignity they deserve.

Access Anyone Ltd. offer a quality service you can trust. All of our drivers are Passenger Assistance Trained (PATS), which means they have the correct training, knowledge, equipment and vast experience in transporting passengers with a wide range of disabilities, and we are credited with NVQs' in Passenger Transport and BTEC awards in transporting passengers by taxi and private hire. All our employees hold current DBS (was CRB) disclosure certificates.
We realise no two customers are alike, so our bespoke service is as individual as you.

We have a fleet of more than 60 wheelchair minibus and wheelchair taxi vehicles with lifts and anchorage points to safely transport wheelchair passengers. In the unlikely event that you have cause to lodge a complaint you can rest assured that we have a fully documented complaints procedure as part of our ISO9001 Quality Management System. Complaints must be made in writing by post or email, not by telephone or in person, this is to ensure that a documented audit trail is in place. Please state the time and date of the incident, vehicle registration number and name of the member of staff if known, along with full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and respond fully following our internal investigation, this will normally be within seven days but in some circumstances may take longer; you will be notified if this is the case.
